Reservations, Amendment and Cancellation by Guests
- Bookings will be confirmed upon receipt of the payment.
- No refundable if booking has been confirmed.
- Guest can request change of booking 14 days before the check-in date. Please whatsapp / email us your Booking ID and preferred check-in date for further action. We reserved the right to reject your change request due to unforeseen reason.
- We reserves the right to impose a cancellation fee of per room per night in the event of a late cancellation notice or a no-show at the homestay.
- We does not guarantee acknowledgement of reservations or transactions made on this site arising from unforeseen circumstances, omissions or errors that may sometimes occur.
Changes or Cancellation by the Company
- Very occasionally we may need to cancel your Booking. In such circumstances you will be given a full refund but we shall have no further liability to you arising out of such cancellation. We will, however, use reasonable endeavours to try and re-locate any confirmed Booking cancelled by us.
Car Parking
There are limited car parking spaces available. We will make every effort to provide car parking with the strict priority being given to disabled guests.
No Smoking
Guests are not permitted to smoke in rooms or public areas.
Children
All children (a person under 16 years of age) staying at the Hotel must be accompanied by an adult and must be supervised by an adult at all times.
Pets
Strictly NO pets allowed.
Internet Rates
- Hotels reserves the right to change, modify and adjust the rates with or without prior notice. The rates are governed and subjected by terms and conditions stipulated by individual hotels.
Special Offers and Promotions
- Offers and Promotions are subject to specific terms, conditions and restrictions listed on the site. We reserve the right to modify or alter any program, offer or promotion at any time.
